Terms and Conditions of 18bet – Platform Rules for Brazil

By creating an account at 18bet, access the platform, or place any bet or transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 18bet.

Accepting these terms is a mandatory requirement to use the platform. Simply accessing the website or app of 18bet already constitutes acceptance of the rules set out herein, even without formally creating an account.

A 18bet reserves the right to update these terms periodically. When significant changes are made, you will be notified via your registered email or through a notice on the platform at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any new version constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

To create an account at 18bet and use its services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not having an active account or one closed due to a rule violation at 18bet previously;
• Not be listed in any voluntary or authority-mandated self-exclusion program;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of 18bet.

Only one is permitted one registration per individual. 18bet uses verification mechanisms to detect duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or payment method. Creating more than one account is considered a serious breach of these terms and may result in all identified accounts being blocked and any available balance being confiscated.

A 18bet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without prior justification, particularly when there is suspicion of fraud, use of false information, or any attempt to circumvent the platform's verification systems.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The 18bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If anyone contacts you requesting your password on behalf of 18bet, treat it as a fraud attempt and report it to support immediately.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, contact 18bet immediately via live chat. The platform may temporarily lock your account while the matter is under investigation.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances;
• Use unique, complex passwords — never reuse passwords from other services;
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account dashboard for added security;
• When using shared devices, always log out when you finish your session.

A 18bet is not liable for losses resulting from the user's voluntary sharing of their own credentials. In cases of unauthorized access that are duly substantiated, the platform will take every possible measure to restore access and protect the account balance.

A 18bet accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted. The deposit methods available to Brazilian players are:

• Pix — instant approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip — approval within 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, immediate approval;
• PicPay — instant approval via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — instant approval via digital wallet.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for any method. There is no fee charged by 18bet on deposits, though the user's bank or card issuer may apply its own fees — particularly on credit cards, where the bank may treat the transaction as a cash advance.

A 18bet reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for high-value deposits or where irregular activity is suspected. This measure is designed to protect all users on the platform and is in line with industry regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 18bet is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals must be requested to the same method used for the deposit, as a security and anti-fraud measure. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (such as boleto bancário), the amount will be transferred via Pix to the key registered by the user.

Processing timeframes:

• Pix — up to 15 minutes for verified accounts. VIP Gold members and above receive priority processing, within 10 minutes;
• Credit/debit card — up to 3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing time;
• PicPay / Mercado Pago — within 30 minutes of internal approval.

The first withdrawal from any account requires full identity verification — a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Once the initial verification is approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically within the timeframes above, with no further review required.

A 18bet may temporarily hold a withdrawal — for up to 72 hours — for security verification in cases involving a first withdrawal, withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, or when irregular activity is suspected. The user will be notified by email if this occurs.

A 18bet offers different types of bonuses and promotions for Brazilian players. Each promotion has its own specific rules, but the general conditions below apply to all:

• Bonuses are granted once per user, CPF, address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise;
• The welcome bonus has a rollover requirement of 35 times the bonus amount, within 30 days of the credit date;
• VIP Program cashback has no rollover — it is credited as real money every Monday;
• Freebets must be used on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 and expire 7 days after being credited;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to third parties;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on cancelled events do not count toward the rollover.

A 18bet offers betting on more than 40 sports, with a special focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state championships. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• The minimum amount per slip is R$ 2.00, single or multiple;
• The maximum payout per single ticket is R$ 500,000.00;
• Live bets may be suspended or have their odds pulled during ongoing events, particularly at critical moments such as penalty kicks, red cards, or injuries;
• Bets placed on events that are canceled or ended before the minimum regulatory time are voided and the staked amount is refunded;
• Obvious odds errors — such as odds of 10,000 on an event with a near-certain outcome — will be corrected and the affected bets may be cancelled with a full refund;
• In the event of a technical tie in parlay bets, the tied selection is removed from the slip and the calculation continues with the remaining selections.

For Brazilian football, 18bet follows the official regulations of the CBF and CONMEBOL to determine bet outcomes in cases of protests, post-match disciplinary reviews, or score changes by administrative decision. The result used is the one recorded on the field at the final whistle.

A 18bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration;
• Creating multiple accounts in your own name or in the name of third parties;

• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes;

A 18bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and through a notice on the platform. Minor changes — text corrections, amount updates, deadline adjustments — may be made with less notice.

The current version date is always shown at the top of this document. If you continue using the platform after a new version of the terms takes effect, you are considered to have accepted them.

Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions are archived and can be requested from support as a reference in disputes related to earlier periods.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of disputes, questions, or complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 18bet, the courts of the District of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

A 18bet commits to attempting to resolve any complaint amicably within 10 business days before any formal proceedings. To submit a formal complaint, use the email suporte@18bet-bangla.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights that Brazilian consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Code — Law No. 8,078/1990) grants to the user as a consumer.
